Insight

Wilke helps your company to make the right optimizations on the right levels and in relation to the right customers. We contribute to expose the latent demands for your product's optimal composition, together with identifying existing market conditions that indicates the direction of market in regards of consumer wants and needs.

We often use statistical methods such as conjoint and latent class, however ethnographic and other qualitative methods are also commonly used to expose the less visible needs and to obtain a deeper understanding of how your product can be optimized with the best possible effect on the market.

Simulation

In this phase, we develop tools to simulate the market's response to the changes and adjustments your business is implementing during the optimization process. In this part of the process the demand for creative workshops is sometimes needed to create the right settings for simulating - other times the process demands less.

Simulation provides you with a unique opportunity to test different scenarios and is therefore is strong foundation for anticipating future product optimizations.
